Basic Services of Director and Staff, Embalming if required or requested, Transportation of remains to funeral home within 25 miles, Other preparation of remains, Visitation one hour prior to service for family and friends, Service at the funeral home (day and time will be determined by funeral home). Transportation to crematory. Register book, Memorial folders (up to 100), Thank you cards (up to 50)

Any deviations will require a quote from our itemization offering

(Remains weighing more than 200 pounds will require a different container and an upcharge of $400.00)

*This package does NOT include cash advance items, such as Indiana sales tax, cemetery expenses if remains are to be interred, funeral home charges for committal service, flowers/florist, clergy honoraium, musician(s), hairdresser, newspaper notices, death certificate copies, etc. 

These items are the responsibility of the purchaser(s) at the time.

Payment of funeral home charges due at time of arrangement with cash or check, or by insurance assignment. A fee of up to 5% will be added for amount assigned to funeral home.
